  • Can I put my sign outdoors?
    Absolutely! All of my signs and memo boards are sealed, front and back, so they are safe for outdoor display. Wet weather will not affect the tile or the paint. The leather cord may need to be replaced in the future, but a little mink oil will help to extend the life of the cord. If you live in an area that has a lot of wind that may kick up sand or dirt, I recommend displaying your sign in a sheltered area.


  • What is your return policy?

  • Can I get a sign with a name or house number instead of "Welcome"?
    Personalization is available for most of my designs. Please click here for additional information on custom orders.


  • Can these signs be installed on a wall?
    My tiles are decorative. I do not recommend using grout to install them. The abrasive nature of grout will damage the artwork. If you do not plan to grout the tiles, then they are safe to install. The paint is very durable and can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleanser.

    I have had customers tell me that they have mounted their signs to a wall by removing the leather cord and screwing the tile into the wall. I do not recommend this and would suggest caution if you choose to try this. If the screw is tightened too much, it could crack the tile.

  • Do you do custom work besides the designs on your site?
    Yes I do commission custom designs. My fee for custom designs, not in my regular inventory, is $35.00 per hour.


  • Are the wine glasses dishwasher safe?
    The paint I use on all my products is rated as dish-washer safe, however, hand washing with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleanser is always recommended. The heat from a dishwasher may eventually cause the paint to yellow.


  • What shipping method do you use?
    I ship all my US orders via USPS Priority Mail. Most items usually arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date.


  • Do you ship outside the US?
    All shipping fees posted on my website are calculated for US delivery, but I do ship to countries that are serviced by USPS Global Priority Mail. Please Contact Me prior to placing your order so I can provide you with a revised shipping fee. I will need your full shipping address, to calculate the exact fee.


  • How long does it take for an order to ship?
    I ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders will ship within 3 business days; as long as payment authorization is received, and a shipment label can be created in the USPS Label system. If there is a specific delivery date listed for your purchase, that is the day your order will go out. Custom Orders do not follow this delivery schedule. If you are ordering a custom item, you will be notified of the delivery date.


  • Do you accept payment methods other than credit cards?
    Yes, I accept US Postal Money Orders in addition to Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card. Personal checks are no longer accepted. Please place your order online and select Money Order when you get to the payment screen. This will assign an Order # to your purchase and give you the address where to mail your USPS Money Order. When I receive your Order Summary I will hold the item(s) you requested for 10 days to allow for mailing the payment.
