I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, I have not done my job. I make every effort to pack all orders securely to prevent damage. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact me right away to make arrangements for a return/exchange.
If you decide your purchase is not exactly what you wanted, please Contact Me for an RMA # [Return Merchandise Authorization]. All eligible returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of delivery. It is recommended that returns be insured. I cannot not be responsible for misdirected or damaged returns. Refunds will be issued by the same method that the payment was originally received. Please Contact Me for an RMA # [Return Merchandise Authorization] prior to sending your return, and note that number on your Order Summary when you send your return. Shipping/Handling/Insurance fee's are not refundable.
Custom orders are not refundable.
