Shipping Information

I make every effort possible to keep my Shipping Fees fair and reasonable for my customers. I do not use S/H fees to pad my prices, but I do charge a small fee to cover the cost of packaging materials.

I ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders will ship within 3 business days; as long as payment authorization is received, and a shipment label can be created in the USPS Label system. If there is a specific delivery date listed for your purchase, that is the day your order will go out. Custom Orders do not follow this delivery schedule. If you are ordering a custom item, you will be notified of the delivery date.

All Glass items are packaged in individual boxes to prevent breakage. There are no additional S/H fees on glass items.

For Ceramic Tile signs, I can safely pack up to (4) 6 inch square tiles in one box. For 8 inch square, 8 X 6 inch and 8 X 10 inch tiles, the maximum total is (2) tiles per box.

6 " Square:

• [4] $22.00 S/H

8" Square, 6" X 8" and 8" X 10" Tile:

• [2] $22.00 S/H

At this time, I am using USPS Priority Mail to ship all US orders because they offer the fastest delivery time and the best rates. In most cases, orders are received within 3-4 days of shipment. All shipping fees posted on my website are calculated for US delivery, but I will also ship to countries that are serviced by USPS Global Priority Mail. Please Contact Me prior to placing your order so I can provide you with a revised shipping fee. I will need your full shipping address, to calculate the exact fee.
